The Labor and Delivery team was exceptional. I had a scheduled induction and was at the hospital for a couple of days. My husband and I both felt that every one of the nurses and staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive to my needs. I wanted to give a special shoutout to the nurses Stephanie, Kelly, Bailey, Stella, Carrie, Flavia, Yaigo, and Rita. Also, the lactation consultant Jenny and the transportation to get me to my car, Byron. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much - the Singh Family!
My mother was transferred to Holy Cross Germantown Hospital during a medical emergency, and our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care she received from several outstanding professionals. We would love to talk about the great care we received from this hospital! I had a foot surgery from the great Dr. Franklin Polun and our nurse, Janet was kind and constantly checked on us to make sure we were OK. She was a superstar and very kind. We then were sent to our room where we had a problem with the vacum unit connected to my foot and the charge nurse, Mustafa, went right to work letting us know that he would figure it out. The staff here has been absolutely wonderful. The ER doctor and nurses were super kind and attentive to my mother when she was there. I would like to recommend a daisy award to RN Bryce who works in the PACU he was so compassionate, kind, and caring which is what you would want in a nurse. I also want to give a daisy award to Dr. Cronin the surgeon who operated on my mom. He kept me updated on everything that was going on. The care my mom received was top notch.
