This hospital is goated. Legendary. Everything I've experienced today May. 30, 2026 was truly amazing and unforgettable. I've received so much attention, professionalism, love, and care from a heart loving and beautiful staff that consist of Joseph Rhee - resident doctor, John Field - attending doctor, and Maxwell D. - nurse. First time ever going to the ER since I moved 2 years ago from Dallas. My doodles tooth spliced my finger while playing...What would have been an 8 - 10 hour ER visit in Dallas TX took an hour or so. I was beyond impressed!! The staff was so nice and professional. I have never been treated better at an ER in my life. Im still in disbelief. I heard one patron yelling at the staff. I had originally gotten a diagnosis from Boca Regional and that was the first time someone actually figured out what was wrong after months of going to different doctors. I was having a thyroid storm, and although I was on medication, a doctor from another primary care decided to switch me and that led me to have another almost thyroid storm, which then brought me to Holy Cross, since it was closer to my home. This review is about the gentleman that does outpatient valet. He is such a nice man. He always offers to help when my father and I arrive. He surely goes above and beyond and it does not go unnoticed. Hope they’re treating you good and I wish you the best always. Thank you 🙏🙏

This hospital is truly a blessing.🙏 I am so impressed by their services that I know I won't be able to contain it in one review. So this will be one of several.😃 Imagine waking up in the middle of the night coughing so hard your head starts pounding and clutching your chest because it hurts.🥺 These were the conditions under which I was forced to go to the hospital, worried😕 that I had some sort of pulmonary problems.
