The nurse practitioner S. Beach is great. She is very caring, and her nurse also gives very excellent care. Unfortunately the front desk staff do not give good costumer service; she was very rude and hostile.
Was told to be here a half hour early to check in and I was here early to check in...then waited forever to be called back. My appointment was at 120 and at 205 still no doctor. I am very upset 😡. Finally at 215 the doctor came in and was with me for 5 mins before leaving. Then I waited another 20 mins for paper work.
S. Beach, NP is a great person. She doing great work .
I spent 1 hour waiting on hold then some rude lady answered and said thank you for holding and said good bye hung up in my face I still cant make that appointment till now I just wanted to get a physician appointment because I honestly believe I have cancer but I dont know what to do and you guys dont answer so thanks for nothing
Bad service, I called to make an appointment and they said “We don’t make appointments for new patients”
