DR Wacca Merit was very professional and full of compassion. She was very attentive to my needs and caring. I am very lucky to have her as my doctor.
Tried going there the other day. Told them over the phone I thought I had Strep throat. They said no problem, we'll check. When I got there, I was tired and still running a fever, so they turned me away. They kept pushing me to call an ambulance and go to the ER. I would not recommend this place. Oh btw, I went to a CVS minute clinic since I was uninsured. Confirmed it was strep throat and $184 later, I finally got the antibiotics I was desperately needing. By far the WORST 2 experiences I’ve ever had! The way I have to constantly advocate for myself is ridiculous, and I’m grateful to know much about overall wellness so that I know when to push. I’ve seen two different providers both of which don’t seem to care about the patients but more about their time and money. I’m would avoid this place at all cost if you’re American. The appointment scheduler refused to schedule my appointment for almost week hanging up every time I called to the point the manager of the scheduling department Amanda had to schedule the appointment. Then I wasn’t given any information on where to go. Just Holy Cross Silver Springs… I had to call to get the address and it wasn’t even the right one! So I was 5mins late to my appointment.
