I have never been more disappointed with a medical office in my entire life. The staff at this location are the epitome of unprofessionalism, and it’s truly shocking. The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I tried to ask for help or clarification, I was met with sarcasm and eye rolls. The sheer lack of empathy was staggering. I would not visit this office again. While Dr.Farr and the office staff were nice enough, there were a few issues. One the Nurse was very pleasant but very inexperienced. She didn't know the names of basic medication and I had to show her on her computer what it was, also I went throughout my own medication in my chart on her computer which I am pretty sure is some sort of violation. Dr. Williams was great and a pleasure to see. I am giving it a two star because of the Holy Cross office and not the actual Doctor. I was not happy with the front office prior to making my appointment I waited over 15 minutes on hold to get someone on the line and when I actually arrived on the day of my appointment. The front desk lady that assisted me was making it a huge deal that I was 4 minutes late to my appointment. She was making it seem like I would have to reschedule. Was checked in soon by very pleasant fellow. Was surprised to have a high b/p reading, and no one did a recheck later. Well over a week later, I received a phone call that I could make an appointment to come in in a week or less to have a doctor recheck my elevated blood pressure from the earlier visit. Should have been done at first visit and/or suggested to recheck next day or two at most. Everything else at this appointment was superb. My long-time family physician has joined Holy Cross Health Partners. My first visit to the new office. I was seen promptly, l raised concerns about my health; Dr. Williams listened and made recommendations. No complaints from me.
