I’ve been going here since about 2007. In this office has become trash. They put false and incorrect information on my report and I am unable to get the life insurance. I need to protect my family. I spoke to them about it, and they said they were corrected. It still shows on my report and on the central database that life insurance companies use. This is unfortunate. I been treating myself lately, staff is really nice and doctor are amazing, I’m very happy with my doctor Lily, they have amazing front desk too ! Nurses are very gentle and friendly!
They called me almost everyday to ask me to get a physical and when I don’t pick up they just keep on calling sometimes twice a day. They are just looking for business and the doctors are horrible and incompetent.
It is Imposible to reach the billing office and get an itemized bill. They have a separate phone number for billing inquiries and they are never available. The app is there for no reason because no one replies. It seems like they charged me more because I had insurance.
I love that place a lot the doctor is so nice and everyone respects you and you come in the people speak to you I will recommend my friends to that place keep up the good work
