My 85 year old Mother was struggling with her health. Dr Alverez has been wonderful. The staff works great with older folks! Patient and extremely thorough. Love this place!
A 1-year follow up after a rocky start to meeting Dr. Capezzuti. Back then I had a brief appointment for 15-minutes on zoom because they canceled my in-person meeting due to someone in their office contracting COVID. This is understandable and I paid the $150 for that but never heard back about any of my concerns or to even have a makeup to take blood and tests. Dr Capezzuti was my mom’s doctor until she passed last year and she was great with my mom and quick on getting her the wheelchair she needed and everything and now she is my primary doctor and I wouldn’t change because most doctors sit there with a computer in there face the whole time. Dr. Cappezzuti sits with you and talks to you and makes sure you are taken care of. So I am glad to have her as my primary doctor
This was a great hospital prior to the changes. This Mirlene lady is terrible at her job! Now I have to try to find a new PCP for my dad. It used to be easy to reach the nurses before she came! We like the Doctor and nurses that's been taking care of our dad but whoever came up with these changes needs to be fired and never be given an administrative position again. Sheesh.
The staff was awesome but my by this being my first visit with Jennifer Capezutti. I really don't want to be seen by her again from the beginning, before she walked in the examination room she was rude. The walls are thin and I heard her talking about Me and my condition and about her not being in the mood and over it. If you feel this way you are in the WRONG FIELD.
