Dr. Josh was great! the staff we super helpful. I didn't confirm my appointment and still showed up. They helped me get on the schedule and I made my original timeslot. Very professional and organized!

Terrible. Nicole Nicome is condescending, dismissive and just plain rude. An hour late for my appointment time just for starters. Apparently I am not the only person who has had a negative experience with her, based on other reviews. She needs more training on common respect and professional courtesy. I will never return to the Galt Ocean office again.

Please read this before scheduling a consultation. I strongly encourage you to read all the reviews—not just the positive ones, but also the few negative ones. Take them seriously. I’ve been a patient at this practice for about three years, ever since I married my husband and began seeing his primary care provider. The front staff are super helpful and informative. I had a great experience with everyone here. Lab assistant, front staff, physicians, everyone! This is one of the best healthcare appt experiences that I have ever had. Great time of ladies!
