After nearly 9 years as a loyal patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. What was once a caring, patient-focused office has become increasingly dismissive and unprofessional. Communication regarding my care and medications repeatedly fell through, and when I raised concerns about an inappropriate interaction with staff, management never followed up despite multiple requests.
