Dr Shilpa Raval is currently located in this Holy Cross. Dr Raval was fine in the beginning, but one situation made the experience with her a nightmare. Dr Raval, and/or her staff made my wife cry because they did not want to do their job properly. Dr Shilpa was in a different location before in Holy Cross, so maybe Holy Cross made her relocate because of that. Dr Samara is wonderful and the staff is always helpful and expedient. Ive been seeing her for a couple years now in both the prior location as well as the new one and I feel very well taken care of.
The office is always very clean and welcoming. The front staff is amazing and so friendly every visit. Jarii, the lab tech, is very good and precise she makes the experience quick and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I've been a Holy Cross patient for years. From general medicine to specialists all with Holy Cross. I can say in all honesty that they've rescheduled my appointments way more than they've kept appointments. I was seeing another Dr across the street at the Lighthouse point location. My Dr transferred out so now I need a different Dr. I filled out the appropriate forms on the Holy Cross or My Chart. Staff is super friendly. Never have an issue scheduling an appointment. Dr. Colon is the best and so kind. Also love that the office is close to home.
