I have been in the women’s center seeing various doctors. I have never experienced such great service from the doctors, nurses, PA,S CNAS and receptionists as I have at the Holy Cross Women’s Center. A big shout out to everyone there!!!!
Staff was very polite despite how Busy they are now. That said…I believe they have hired untrained mammogram staff to cover the influx of new patients. I have been going there for 15 years after my lumpectomy (chemo & rads) and while I was getting a mammo Thursday I had to go back on that mammo machine FOUR times on the bad breast to please the doctor reading the photos. When it caught my nipple I screamed. My oncologist is going to have a fit that a recovering breast was put through that.
don’t come here! waited so long and was met with such an egotistical doctor. she didn’t look at my referral or records before seeing me and i’m a new patient. how crazy that these doctors think i’m going to do their job for them! i’ve dealt with these kinds of doctors for the last three years during my breast cancer treatments, and im not putting up with it anymore. just because you’re the doctor, doesn’t mean you’re always right or know it all. that’s why you’re “PRACTICING” medicine. as patients, we have our rights and des... read more
