Horrible! I called a week and a half ago about getting my child into this daycare. The secretary said they should have availability but the director will reach out to me to confirm. She then proceeded to send me all the paperwork needed via email. This was a Friday. On Monday I still did not hear anything so I called and the secretary said the director was not in that day so I should leave a message, which I did. One of the Best child care in crown point Indiana very caring and well trained staff best place for early school start
My child is on the wait list here, so I can’t speak for how it is, but everyone is prompt to return calls and explain any questions you may have!
I do not have words to describe my complete and utter disappointment with this child care facility. Nor do they deserve even one star!!
We have two kids here and happy with their service and how they interact with them.
