I would not recommend coming here! They pulled my root canal but ended up being 2 teeth pulled I was put on antibotics that did not work for me and when I went to see oral surgeon come to find out my bone is still sticking out from the root canal and has caused chronic osteomyelitis in my mouth so now I have to have emergency surgery! and you know what the doctor asked "why didn't they put you on penicillin" and you would think! currently talking with lawyers! they did not send my x-rays I ended up having to pay $176 out of ... read more

The staff was friendly and the office was run efficiently. The dental chairs are separated by half-walls and as a result the place is very noisy. There was a constant whine of drilling and suction sounds. I found this unnerving. I had a cavity which ran under the gum line so the dentist said she couldn't fill it. I went to Chicopee Family Dental and they filled it, no problem

Dr. Chang walked in, looked at the x-rays for 3s and told me which teeth we would be extracting because “gosh, this is so bad. Your teeth are so bad”. And he left. I’ve periodontitis. Nobody took the time to explain what my issue was. Nobody asked me how I was feeling. Matter of fact, I didn’t get the chance to say one word. I had a fantastic time that I spent in the Holyoke Mall dental! I was very nervous because I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. But right when I walked in the office, the girls at the desk were so helpful and kind, that I started feeling more comfortable! Dr Khanna and his associate, did a job that I never thought could be done! I have not had bottom dentures for quite a few years.
