The bemidji store the manager is very friendly and very easy to work with. I ordered a bedroom set and had it in a few days. And when I chatted with them they were very understanding and friendly on the phone. I'd give that store 10 stars. Kudos to Bemidji Store.

The manager Jennifer is super nice until AFTER she has made the sale. After that, she's rude and has a pay us or else "thug" mentality. Very rude and dismissive, foul mouthed to the extreme. Can't wait for my significant other to pay off the over priced garbage furniture so we never have to deal with her again. AVOID!!!!

Love this location. because the team here is great! the manager Kat is awesome and will bend over backwards to make your purchase right! her team is helpful and they get the job done! i go out of my way to come to this location because they have always treated us great! plus pay on time and your credit will be improved!

Great service I received and they went out of there way to help get the couch inside of the hallway even while struggling they didn’t give up ! I appreciate your help a lot Jenny and Matt and the other people who came in and helped out I forgot there name ! If you’re looking for a place to get furniture I would recommend coming here ! Thank you Jenny for being so patient and helpful! Great customer service!
