This is my first time building my credit through a store like this. I am looking forward to doing business with Home Choice, the staff there helped me understand the process from applying to choosing the best laptop to start building my credit. My husband and I ordered a new bed set from this store. From when we walked in, we were welcomed with amazing customer service from Melissa, the store manager. I Brought my daughter into home Choice today to establish credit and we turned around, it gave very uncomfortable, unwelcoming vibes. The woman employee was so very rude and confrontational she wasn’t knowledgeable on any other product questions and lease agreements that we asked she wasn’t helpful at all. every question I had she gave a one answer response my experience at this location was a horrible. Great deals, selection, and service! Sarah was very helpful, helped me pick out what I was trying to find, and was very friendly and professional. The prices are not bad, when it comes to furniture. If you need furniture, then I recommend this place.
When I was in there with tye coston bye side the person said I was only paying 100 dollars for playmate and this woman who worked there give me another payment on 86 inche tv .I am not ever paying something there again .it was a lie but 100 dollars from them telling me and my TV was only covered if it comes to broken not if I broke at my house in my bed room.
