If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I will be brief: this is the worst place I have dealt with. First red flag: Mr. Marcus Loving (manager) is a compulsive liar and disrespectful. The first red flag was when he talked about my hijab as a Muslim woman and said it was a helmet on my head. That was my mistake of even deciding to finance with these airheads. As a valued customer since 2006, I have had a positive experience with this location despite high interest rates and occasional late payments. While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol) Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.

Worst decision ever made don't ever shop here even if your struggling. Find some other places to go Tiffany has horrible customer service and she's very disrespectful. We asked her to charge our card what we only could pay. She charge's the full amount. I'm definitely reporting everything home choice does. Very very bad customer service.
Tiffany is extremely rude, she was rude from the day I walked into their store and she's been rude over the past year ever since. I've never did business with Home Choice before or anything like this in general. I explained the situation to her about the washer and dryer, after everything was all said and done, I politely said "ok thanks" and she immediately hung up in my face because she didn't like the answer she was given.
