I'm only giving 1 star because it doesn't have the option for negative stars. I went to this store and was approved for a laptop. The first week I had the laptop, I couldn't get into it because it was passworded and this lovely company didn't think that was something I needed to know. My boyfriend guessed for awhile and finally got in. I've had the laptop for nearly a year and I've used it maybe 3 times. It's sooooo slow that it only makes me mad when I try to use it.
