A highly professional operation from scheduling to installation. Great service, Gonsalvo, the tech installed grab bars in 3 bathrooms. The workmanship was professional and efficient, the materials good quality. I felt the cost was fair and well worth the value. I would use them again if/when we get to the next level of elder care.
Ed was the tech who can to evaluate my 92 yrs old mother's bathroom. She had a concerns getting in and out of her shower. Ed was extremely kind to my mother. He explained what he was going to do, where he was going to place the bars. We agreed and Ed installed everything within the hour. After he finished the installation he showed my mother how to use the bars which was very helpful. I can't say enough about Ed and how extremely professional .he is. We explored several companies offering home safety devices and stairlifts, and they were by far the most responsive and most efficient in providing services. We were desperate to get a custom-made stairlift installed as soon as possible, and they were able to have it made and installed in half the time that we were being quoted by others. We also had grab bars installed. Everybody I dealt with was professional, caring, trustworthy, and efficient.
