Michael did a great job assessing our home - inside and out. He installed a grab bar a threshold strip inside. Outside he installed a platform and ramp from a sliding patio door to a granite flagstone patio. He was able to drill into grout lines to attach the flexible bottom of the ramp and I'm confident he is right in thinking that when the ramp is no longer needed, the small holes can be filled in and won't be noticeable. We called Home Safety Service to install two grab bars in my Mom’s shower. Noe Rios called 30 minutes before he came per our request. He explained in detail where and why he recommended to have the bars installed. He was fast, efficient and very professional. He cleaned up the areas after he finished the job. He also recommended other areas for safety improvement to us, for that we are still under consideration. We recently had a stair lift system installed on our interior curved stairs. We had shopped around and spoken with several suppliers before choosing Home Safety Services. Home Safety Services, Inc. did an outstanding job installing our ADA grab bars for our combined tub/shower. They also installed an in-shower/tub towel rack that we purchased along with the grab bars. They were very careful not to crack our marble surfaces and explained every action as they progressed. Super friendly and polite installer. They have a lot of experience with these tasks, and the final results showcased their skills.

The level of customer service of this company is outstanding. When I called to inquire about the specific items I was interested in, I was met with such kind courteous treatment by the gentleman who answered the phone, and Janice, who arranged the order. Because we have a high, slanted ceiling, I was not sure if a transfer pole would work with our ceiling. Ed was very professional and compassionate! He offered different options that would work. Had to move to another apartment and they came and removed and reinstalled what we could. Would highly recommend!
