The person who completed the project for me was very professional and personable. I didn't feel pressured to purchase products and I felt very confident about the work that was done. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit expensive but I felt like it was money well spent.

Home Safety Services did great work for me with a professional attitude and in a timely, clean manner. So in terms of quality of service I'd rate them 'Very Good'. The price, however, was 50-75% high than I thought it should have been
Martin was terrific. He was very responsive to my calls and questions. There was a slight problem with installation which was resolved very quickly. We've already referred him to other people. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.
Home Safety Services was very professional extremely knowledgeable. An inspector came out to our house and assessed how safe it is for our small child or rather how unsafe it is :) They provided a long list of safety concerns that were right on...many I would not have thought of. I will definitely follow most if not all of their recommendations. Their prices for purchase/installation of equipment are a little pricey.
