Martin was terrific. He was very responsive to my calls and questions. There was a slight problem with installation which was resolved very quickly. We've already referred him to other people. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Home Safety Services was very professional extremely knowledgeable. An inspector came out to our house and assessed how safe it is for our small child or rather how unsafe it is :) They provided a long list of safety concerns that were right on...many I would not have thought of. I will definitely follow most if not all of their recommendations. Their prices for purchase/installation of equipment are a little pricey. They do great work but are astronomically overpriced. When I feel like I'm buying someone's luxury vacation from a bid that is so inflated, there's a problem. Furthermore, David Regan is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have come across in decades. He's arrogant, combative and condescending. I would have given them 5 stars if they provided a fair bid and if David would learn how to speak to customers.

I asked about the walking surface and they did not tell me there are small ribs on the walking surfaces. Did not notice until my dog walked on it. Will contact them next week.
