We’ve had a great experience with Homebox as our property managers. They’ve always been quick to respond whenever something needed fixing, and it was clear they really cared about keeping the property in good shape. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were easy to reach and helpful. It made a big difference to know we could count on them. We really appreciated their support throughout our time there.Â

I completed my rental application with Homebox on June 25th. I was told I would hear back in 2–3 business days, but I never did. I had to reach out myself, and that’s when I was told, “The owner has currently selected another applicant to move through the approval process for this unit. Home box is one of the worst management companies in Washington DC my experience with them has been pure hell if you want to keep your property and have people move in get away from home box and there’s a lady in their named Anna who is extremely rude. Home box will pick and choose what they want to fix. And they will make it very difficult for you to move out because they want to keep your moneyÂ
Everything from start to finish was smooth! The team was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the thoughtful touch of adding snacks with my keys. I would 100% recommend using HomeboxÂ
