Chris was thorough and efficient. Worked in a tidy manor and cleared up well . Gave advice on the machine .( I’m waiting for a filer ( though I’m washing the one I have ) before I can try the Hoover to see if suction on the base has improved. Shame you as a company don’t keep them in stock as this happened last time , though Chris said you normally have some in ) . Thanks Chris . .

Gary was on time - he text me to let me know he was on his way. He saw to my Dyson straight away and showed me the problem and how to deal with it if happened again. Gary is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

Conner explained clearly how the system worked, as we hadn’t quite understood that each monthly payment related to one specific room of the house, whereas we thought it was a blanket payment to cover any work done, once a balance had been accumulated. Notwithstanding he carried out the work quickly and efficiently and ae are pleased with the result.
