Wayne cleaned my oven to a far higher standard than on previous occasions. He was pleasant cheerful and helpful. He even helped my son whose car wouldn't start when he had to leave for work. It is great for someone to put himself out to help and reflects well on your company.

Great service from your engineer Colin who explained the benefits & operation of the new vacuum allowing me to practice using all it's facilities which really sold it to me. Looking forward to receiving my new machine. Cleaned & serviced other machines owned by me. Good rapport as Colin is a dog lover & a Liverpool supporter which was an added bonus!
