Engineer was excellent, very thorough. Friendly and professional
Technician arrived early which suited our plans for the day! A most instructive session whilst the vacuum was serviced. We spoke of associated problems and were informed that the parent company was no longer trading. We were shown a new version which outperformed our unit and following a very concise demonstration we decided to purchase a new cleaner. Andy was anexcellent ambassador for your company who is clearly well versed in all the technical options.

Matthew arrive when stated, did a good job of finding the problem and solved it. He advised us on the prognosis for the machine. He showed us a new machine that we might want to buy. He was courteous, friendly and efficient.

Paul did a great job with my carpets. He explained what he was going to do and after demonstrated yr new hoover which I must say looks impressive! Paul was very polite and chatty so keep the good work up Paul. Thank you and hope to see you again next year!

Hi was a bit disappointed about my dyso hoover which I have e had for years. I thought that it would have been repaired. .but was told it was now no good been paying. On it with the hope that it would be fixed
