Lee was very good at his job, he was very concerned about the oven door and explained why, so I had a informed choice as to whether I had it repaired or not. Which I did.Ā
Arrived early started straight away kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. Talked about upgrade opportunities very polite listened to my explanation and there was not pressure sales pitch. Which I was most thankful for.Ā
