Gary was efficient and explained everything regarding my Dyson vac. He ordered a new piece which was broken and ensured it would be delivered quickly. He gave me the option of fitting the new piece myself or another engineer coming out to do what was just a small job. I agreed I could fit it myself after he gave clear instructions. Once again a quick call to discuss the problem and then a date arranged for the engineer to attend. Text message received to advise of the expected time slot and then a second to say the engineer on way. Lee came in, quickly sorted the problem. He was polite, professional and very knowledgable of the products.

It took a long time, about 4 weeks, to get our repair done. One appointment was cancelled due to the engineer being stuck on the M6 for half a day! Also this included the Easter period. However all is now well and the engineer ,David, was very pleasant and polite and did his job.
