Engineer very pleasant explained the problem. Unfortunately , although you know what appliance it was as it is insured with you so you have the serial number and it was explained when booking what was happening , the engineer didn’t carry the relevant part ie. Bearings on the van ! I have to now wait another week b4 it can be repaired .
