Wayne did a good job of cleaning my oven and hob they look like brand new now all nice and shiny.wayne did ask me about taking out any other care plans which I declined as I already have one for my Dyson and one for maintenance on my oven should anything go wrong with it.wayne was polite and friendly.Â

Lee attended mine today punctual and friendly he took his time to find out the fault with my washing machine as it wasnt what he'd been told by colleague. He then proceeded to liase with someone else to get me the part that was ordered. Informed right the way through what he was doing.
