The engineer arrived as arranged and completed the work very efficiently. He was able to complete all the work that was required but I was very disappointed that he couldn’t put a new bag on my cleaners. This was always done as part of the service . Is there a reason for this change in policy.

Very nice young polite young man. Got on with the job and made a good job of it. He was assisted with my little Yorkshire terrier. They made friends straight away. I had to put my dog on his leash so the young man could get on . I’m sad to say I can’t remember his name but he’s a keeper in my opinion.
