It was the first time that I had my oven and extractor hood cleaned along with carpets and my Dyson cleaner. Everything went well and I am very impressed with the way my ovens and extractor fan have come up. My only complaint is that I did not get a approximate or actual time for the arrival of Philip and I'm sure you usually give me a call previous to their arrival. Lee Griffin arrived on time and was super friendly and helpful. He took great care to find out what was wrong with my washing machine and was very kind to my nosey dog. He fixed it quickly and efficiently and even helped me with another appliance showing me how to take it apart for cleaning. Excellent service - lovely chap.
