Excellent service. Lovely polite guy Lee came within half an hour of me requesting an engineer to look at the washing machine. Has ordered the part … which has just arrived (Sat) . Paul arrived within the time specified, he then checked to see if he could replicate the problem without success, he checked the filter but could not find a problem. He advised me to keep a check on it and let him know if the problem continued.

The clean itself was great, carried out quickly and the oven and hob are in great condition now. The only things preventing 5 stars are that the oven bulb wasn’t replaced and the operative left the area a bit messy so I had to wipe the floor and units down around the oven afterwards.
Total experience was good.The engineer was on time and got on with the job and did everything I required without hesitation.He also made me aware of the other company services available.His manner throughout was affable and he represented the company well.
