My husband explained to Wayne the oven was working fine the night before the oven clean but Wayne told him it was nothing he had done, which was strange as we cooked a chicken the.night before the clean and it was cooked perfectly. He then proceeded to sort it and I have been told the fan/oven is now working, will know tonight when we cook tea. Gary carried out my hoover service, cleaning it thoroughly +replacing the filters. He also gave me advice about a repair to my washing machine which was unfortunately too expensive to go ahead with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient throughout. Thanks.

Engineer arrived & read instructions from office which were to clean oven & grill. Plan includes extractor & hob + washing machine. Engineer tried to contact office to make them aware but couldn’t reach them so did the full job as required! He did a good job on cleaning the whole cooker & washing machine left everything clean and would have him back if I was to continue with plan.
