Depending upon when you go this place can be a mess. Better go early as the biggest complaint is lack of AC so it gets pretty warm. Has a change machine & snacks. Amazingly no laundry supplies. But General Dollar is just a small block away. Its pricey. Has 3-4 different size washers. Dryers are super hot. I used medium heat and that was more than enough.
Pictures tell the story!! BEST laundromat we've found in Arkansas yet. Every machine was in service plus a large commercial washer and dryer. Bathroom is functional and clean!! Change machine is functional and stocked. Laundry consumables machine works and fully stocked. Soda stocked and working. WiFi for customers! Earned us as repeat customers!!!!
I could not get the door open so I thought it was locked. I thought maybe that once I put my money in it would unlock but it did not. The cycle started and I didn't have any clothes in it. So I called to company to see if I could get it unlocked somehow. They were so easy to work with and just had me start my load of clothes on a different machine and they did not charge me even though the other machine was even more price wise. Very friendly and great customer service.
A/C is out. 86 degrees in the place and it is filthy. Multiple people trying to reach the owner. Consensus is the A/C has been out a while....
Prices are high ($3.5 a wash and $2 a dry -☆). Place was pretty clean, except the restroom which was bad (-☆). Change machine worked. Free wifi was nice (+☆). No books or magazines to read. Places to sit were hard and uncomfortable (-☆). So it's okay, but I am not impressed. Edit: I appreciate your reply.
