I've had no issues. They did go upon December in my rate but besides they are no problem my door is very hard to open, that's not cool always need 2 people to open.
I needed to add an additional storage unit the very next day and had to do another 5-6 page contract and pay another administrative fee. I had to contact them again for proper forms. I think the concept is good but not always easily maneuvered through. Unit is good door opens easily.
I almost definitely had a positive outcome when I chose them for my storage. I feel safe when I go and get my items as well as store them.
