I've had no issues. They did go upon December in my rate but besides they are no problem my door is very hard to open, that's not cool always need 2 people to open.
I needed to add an additional storage unit the very next day and had to do another 5-6 page contract and pay another administrative fee. I had to contact them again for proper forms. I think the concept is good but not always easily maneuvered through. Unit is good door opens easily.
Quick. Easy. Straightforward. Was able to rent unit online and sign all necessary paperwork so that the first time I stepped on property it was to move my things straight into my unit! Couldn't ask for it to be any easier. Also have great prices/promotions.
