I had my garage door remote not working. They sent technician promptly and he changed it same day. Very pleased with service. The service fee a bit high as it shot up from $75 to $100 but it is worth.

Almost like a scam. There’s no easy contact with the company and no response when you make a claim. Also from their flyer seems like hardly any money is given to fix problems (if you ever figure out how to get a claim fulfilled).

Honestly I wish I just saved the $593 that is cost me. I needed my washer to be fixed/replaced and the repair company told me they didn’t have the parts. Home Membership basically gave me a check for the amount I paid to get it looked out. I broke even at the end of it but nothing is fixed and the repair appointment was a waste of time.

Rip off, they do not honor the warranty given at closing

We had a plumbing problem that we thought would not be covered under our Home Membership Warranty so we called a plumber directly who happened to be on their list of service providers. That company said it was covered and made all the arrangements to fix our plumbing problem and handle all the paperwork for our coverage - one phone call did it all!

My experience with home warranty has been HORRIBLE!!!! We've requested service twice and each time the repair man says the service isn't covered, plumbing is definitely covered if it's inside the home, but they want the deductible to be paid. This has been a total nightmare!!!!

Typically dont write reviews, but be careful to inspect ALL appliances for anything "odd." Tenants fridge went out, home warranty had a repair person out who said the fridge was "hotwired" and a part was bypassed, so the fridge was not covered. How on earth would I know this? I'm not an appliance mechanic. Careful with the company. Kinda hoping nothing else goes wrong so I save myself the 75 dollar copay to get someone out there, only to spend 3 weeks waiting on a "oh yeah, you should have inspected the random freakin... read more
