I had my garage door remote not working. They sent technician promptly and he changed it same day. Very pleased with service. The service fee a bit high as it shot up from $75 to $100 but it is worth.

We had a situation where we needed a warranty claim and the lady we spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. A service technician was sent out immediately and performed the work the next day. The technicians were also very informative and efficient. I have not had this kind of service from any previous warranty company that I have used. Not having a 1-800 number is a great benefit because you can talk with someone local who knows the venders!

I use AIRECS for all of my insurance needs. It is a real pleasure to actually talk to real people. The service is second to none. I would highly recommend AIRECS to anyone looking for new policies, or those wishing save some money by changing insurance companies.

I’ve been a customer with this membership for about five years and when you have a real expensive things that need to be done the coverages are minimal, but if it’s minor, then you’ll be in good hands, but once you run into real problems like your compressor or things goes out on ac or motor or something that’s expensive is not covered like they’re replaced something wrong with your heating eel in your oven which is $200 or something wrong with the dishwasher which is $150 but anything outside that their coverages are minima... read more

I purchased a home warranty contract from homemembership based on the company's written communication regarding their coverage. Before purchasing, I was told that: During the first 30 days, claim limits would be reduced by half. After 30 days, full coverage would apply for covered claims. At no point was I informed that I needed to pay the entire annual contract upfront before receiving reimbursements. Our records indicate that you purchased your warranty just a few days before filing your claim, and our coverage terms say that in the first 30 days, you have access to half your limits. DO NOT USE! We had two water heaters (side by side) start leaking during the same week. We did not know we needed to buy additional coverage to cover the second water heater. Because we have two water heaters, this company would not even reimburse ONE of the water heaters. According to their repairs chart we should have been reimbursed for one. This did not happen.
