My wife and I just recently completed a refi with Gilbert Ramos at Home Plus Mortgage. I am so glad we stuck with Gilbert in this process. The rate that he quoted us was so far below what anyone else was offering, it almost scared us off. Especially with other lenders telling us that there was no way the rate was real.
