We recently financed our house with Home Plus. Frank Schiefer, our broker, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Every phone call and email was promptly answered, and the loan process was well explained and turned out exactly as expected. Highly recommend Frank, and Home Plus.

I appreciate the work Chris Ross and his team at San Diego's Lending Tree did for me to get me a great rate on a VA loan refinance. It was Chris who thought of calling me to alert me to great rates and reduction of payment opportunity. Then he carried the loan through and showed great customer service by quickly responding to questions and handling it from start to finish. Well done Lending Tree

SECOND REFI REVIEW: I recently refinanced for the second time with Homeplus after refinancing a year ago. Chris Ross called me to report that rates had dropped and since we refinanced last year just as rates began to rise, he thought it would be worthwhile to consider another refi if we acted quickly. The service I received was about as professional as it gets. I had many many questions along the way,and there were NO surprises. There was complete transparency about the transaction. John was prompt with requests for additional information that the lender required and was available anytime a question arose.What was most unique about my situation was that i had a foreclosue (with extenuating circumstances) , and this made the application process a bit more challenging. I worked with broker Chris Ross and he kept me in the loop and at ease every step of the way. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions and even some I didn't think of asking. We ended up closing in the timetable he expected from day 1. I plan to use him again in the future. I can't recommend him and HomePlus any more highly!

Chris got me a good rate, worked hard, is very knowledgable and very diligent. It was a difficult refi and his advice and help was invaluable. I have already referred him to a client and have two more loans to do thru him. He is solid to work with.
