We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Andres! He was highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the treatment process and answer all my questions. The level of attention to detail was impressive, and I noticed an immediate difference after the first visit. I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, effective pest control! Technican was knowledgeable and informative since I am new to the area. Also following up at my special request was an added bonus. I appreciate 🙏 the professionalism and detailed explanation and tips. When I expressed concern over existing pests the response of "We got you, no worries", provided me assurance that have chosen the right people for thr job.
I am only giving this rating for an awesome detailed pest control work by Ritchie at my property. However, in the past I have worst experience as well with Hometeam with some of their other professional also. Hence, if I receive worse activity in the future; I would be honest to reflect that as well in here. But currently Ritchie’s job stands out for pest control.
I've been very pleased with my experience so far! Mike and Aaron have had wonderful follow-up and follow through. My house is bug free and I can't be happier
Recently moved into a new build and immediately started service with HomeTeam as the property was overrun with fire ants. The team communicates great prior to and during their services about any of our concerns and send a follow up after. Our area is known for fire ants, but the amount feels reduced now compared to when we moved in. Very satisfied this far!
