We have had our pest control services for over 10 years with Home Team and have been very satisfied with their services. Staff is very pleasant and polite to speak to. We’ve had Home Team for several years now and they are amazing! They are so helpful and if there’s ever an issue, they are back out to take care of us. We had a few centipedes and the next day, they were there doing a re-spray. The techs are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
My experience with HomeTeam Pest Defense has been great from the start. Paul was the technician who helped me initially and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Louie Rivera came to do our first treatment and he was wonderful! Louie walked me through exactly what he was treating/doing and was very thorough. He was incredibly nice and personable. I’m so happy I went with this company!
Louie is the best. He always makes sure to talk with me tofind out if there are any problem areas. He is professional and personable. The company has the nices people in the office. They work with you. They let you 2 weeks in advance regarding your appointment. I really like this company.
I have been using HomeTeam Pest Defense for 7 years. Experienced a rough patch when COVID hit, but in the last couple of years, the exterminators have stabilized and are very dependable. They provide exceptional service, are kind and professional and do an awesome job and show up when they say they will. Great job HomeTeam Pest Defense!
