Since 2017 I have been using Home Team Pest Defense for both pest control and termite prevention and they have been fantastic. On occasion between normal visits by their technicians, I would notice some bugs inside my home. Whenever I called or emailed to inform them, they had a technician out to my house within days. I switched from a local company back to HTPD, and they got me great discounts while always respecting my property. I also really appreciate the sweeps—another local company wouldn’t do this for me, even after I asked several times. Overall, I truly appreciate this company. Top-tier customer service.
I find HomeTeam to be excellent in their customer service. I want to commend the service of Austin from the Falkenberg branch. Austin is courteous, thoughtful, and willing to follow through even when faced with challenges and changes. He reflects well on his branch and on HomeTeam.

They are awesome! We have used Home Team since we purchased the house. We moved for a month thinking we were getting a better deal. It was the worst mistake. We will keep them, they have the best customer service, great technicians. Thank you for being their for us.
