We’ve been using their services for over 5 years, in our rental home and now in our new home we purchased. We personally have had Sergio as our tech for those 5 years & we love him! He always comes in on time, explains what he’s doing or done, how to keep maintenance, and he remembers our kids. I’m seeing insect wasp nest, holes or barrows in my lawn, a few spiders and ants. Alejandro came out ….survey around, asked questions and treated my property . He encouraged me to call for additional treatment if these identified insects are present. Excellent service although the price increase deserves consideration

Pest Defense gives me a needed reminder/confirmation call a couple days before service day. Technician arrives at the usual mid afternoon time to spray any needed rooms (kitchen always!) & yard, and to recharge the pest system in the walls. Neatly dressed & polite, he gives me a bill & reminder to call (no extra charge) if there's a need before the next scheduled service. Hassle free, effective , & so necessary to keep my house bug free! 😊
