The Team did a great job! Daniel helped determine what type of service concerns we had. Sean performed our pest control treatment. He asked appropriate questions, listened, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before he left. He treated our home using several different approaches. We appreciate the attention to detail.
One 04/15/2025, technician Robert came to my house to perform a service treatment. I told him I had some inside issues, but he said the Taexx would take care of it. I've been with HomeTeam for a long time, so I know what works and doesn't work. Also, I wanted to walk around with him while he performed the service but he said he would be servicing 3 houses at 1 time. So I have know idea what he did and did not do. We've had Home Team Pest Defense for over 25 years. Their service personnel are GREAT. Sergio is always here on time; asks if we've had ANY problems and then very methodically treats the inside and then goes into the garage and yard to treat those areas. I highly recommend Home Team for through, EFFECTIVE pest control
Your Tech was great. Very friendly and courteous. It almost felt like I was talking to a friend. He explained everything that he was doing as he went through the process. I recommended him to my neighbor!
