From beginning to end, everyone has been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. From my first contact with Darnel, to Shirley who complained signing me up. Then jeff, the technician who came to the house🙂. This was a refreshing experience in a time when customer service has significantly declined in recent years🙂. Oh, and as someone else mentioned, the cost was actually less than any of the other companies I've used in the past!
