Great company, I have been using them for many years. They do pest control and termite protection for me. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Whenever I have had a billing concern they take care of it right away. There was only one time I can remember in the 5 years where we had an issue with ants inside the home and I had to escalate the issue to get it resolved. Chris in Houston ( usually Missouri city) was very communicative (day before and day of) and even went out of his way to help us safeguard a perishable item that was outside of the house! Been using HomeTeam for a few years. I've seen a fair amount of rotation of technicians over that time, but most of them have been great. My current technician Ethan did a great job for me. Very responsive and helpful!
