We have had Hone Team Pest Defense for about 3 years. No complaints, they always call before they come. Anytime we have had an issue like ants in the home, they address it quickly. The techs that have came out are always so polite. Highly recommend.
Hometeam has been our pest control team for over 30 years in Tampa Fla. with outstanding service, moved to Texas several months ago and was extremely happy to see the HomeTeam Company here as well. Their staff of associates here are amazing and Doug our technician is completely thorough and knowledgeable. Colleen our sales representative was fantastic as well! Way better than my last pest control company. Thorough. My first appointment, the technician was here for about an hour. My last company, the technician was in and out in under 5 minutes. Knowledgeable team. I really felt cared for and listened to. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The man did a great job and he was through and on time. I do like the service & professionalism.
The service is good, but they charged me for a service that they provided without my authorization. The text message said to say yes to agree on the service and the date or to call to reschedule. I didn’t type yes or called and anyway they provided the service when I was not at home plus they didn’t have access to my back yard. Bad experience.
