We have bought a new home in the Meadow brook addition in Cleburne,TX and after the rain we had ants coming into home badly, Our technicians(Logan) showed up today took care of the problem with the Ants and answered questions and concerns we had, gave clear instructions on how to make our pesticides work for us. Also would like to thank Stephanie for being patient with us, and will come back in the future with more feedback back on the service on our home. I would like to say very professional company
Q was amazing - we called because of concerns with a visible wasp nest and he actually found 15 throughout our home and yard. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. We signed up for the regular service and are so excited to finally get our pests under control!

I had prepaid a termite warranty for 2 years and was told they would look into cancelling and refunding. Months gone by and nothing. Then about 7 months later I get a call asking to confirm an appointment for a termite inspection. I called and reminded t... read more
We have used HomeTeam defense for 4 years now and have enjoyed there services. Love the Tyvac system so they dont have to enter the home. Except for flies have had very little pest intrusion and usually ants when it rains a lot but the trail usually disappears in a day or two without additional baits. Technicians are always friendly and respectful. This one of those services were I had just set it and forget it. Cost is on par with other services in the area.
