I would give less stars if I could. We only used them because of the system the set up with our builder. I pay double what I had been paying. This past year their very aggressive sales guy talked me into renewing a termite warrant they set up with our builder. It's several hundred a year. The builder did a treatment with this company that should protect the home for 10 years. So I am now paying for a warranty on their own work yearly. Such a scam. Well, so far everything has been great! I had to call them in between the 3 month set service as the spiders didn’t like what they use to kill/deter them. After a return visit the bugs and spiders started to really become nonexistent. The service guys who came out was really nice and explained everything they was going to do and then asked if I had any other concerns or a specific bug issue that they need to focus on. The tech who treated our home was kind yet professional. He answered all questions and let me know what to watch for and when to call. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a service.
Hometeam has been our pest control team for over 30 years in Tampa Fla. with outstanding service, moved to Texas several months ago and was extremely happy to see the HomeTeam Company here as well. Their staff of associates here are amazing and Doug our technician is completely thorough and knowledgeable. Colleen our sales representative was fantastic as well! We have had Hone Team Pest Defense for about 3 years. No complaints, they always call before they come. Anytime we have had an issue like ants in the home, they address it quickly. The techs that have came out are always so polite. Highly recommend.
