Zac was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He kept his word and returned the next day to complete the treatment after being unable to do so the previous day due to my back gate being locked. So far I’m a very happy customer!
Absolutely hands down the best customer service from the call center down to service at our home. Carlos is our technician and was very thorough in explaining treatment services as well as preventative measures that we should take to avoid activity in and outside of the home. We have had other pest control services and we are confident that we chose the perfect company for our needs!! HOMETEAM ALL THE WAY!! Carlos deserves more than 5 stars!!!
I previously reported a stalking obsessed male employee. Apparently, nothing was executed to curtail his behavior such as canvassing my residence, parking in front my house and following me from my home to other cities. Nonetheless, I will hold the company liable for your employee actions.
I would give less stars if I could. We only used them because of the system the set up with our builder. I pay double what I had been paying. This past year their very aggressive sales guy talked me into renewing a termite warrant they set up with our builder. It's several hundred a year. The builder did a treatment with this company that should protect the home for 10 years. So I am now paying for a warranty on their own work yearly. Such a scam.
