The technician is very thorough, attentive, always notify of up coming appointments, answers back when you respond to him. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Still had bugs everywhere after their services. I canceled the service and they still continued to charge me. They did not notify me and then sent those payments to a debt collector. I had perfect credit until them. Then when i called the lady was extremely rude and told me basically to go fly a kite. WORST pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My regular guy, Andre, was here for the quarterly appt/checkup. As usual, he does a really thorough job of the property. Wiping down the porch eves, and using the needed to supplies to keep the home safe and bug-free. When I see him, he makes the time to explain things and really knows the service well! Overall, service has been great and the inside has been 99% bug-free. Outside near the perimeter has also been very good! Thank you!
HomeTeam Pest Defense has been great to work with. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and they prioritized my concerns. Pricing is competitive and the technician did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!!
