The service was nothing short of an excellent service. The technician was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a pest control company that’s reliable, respectful of your home/ property, and delivers results, I definitely recommend Home Team.
Courteous employees that provide great pest control at a fair price. I use auto-pay; and if I am out of town on the day they are scheduled to come, they treat my exterior and leave a detailed statement of what they did. What could be easier than that?
My my previous house, I used home team pest defense for 3 years; very pleased. I just signed up at my new home. Sales & customer service team are great. Their "boots on the ground" handling the treatments are always hard working and courteous. All speaks volumes of this company.
Ok service. But two things could improve. 1)This particular time i didnt recieve a notice that anyone was coming to my residence 2) please have reps send text messages or emails with your HomeTeam logo or branding so i know who it is and not some random person trying to scam or send me some kind of e-virus.
Very satisfied with Nelson from Home Team. He is courteous and polite and always does a thorough job when he comes for our pest control appointment.
