Great customer service and communication are so hard to find, but Home Team Pest Defense does a wonderful job with both of these things. Ryan texts before, during, and after each visit. He is extremely professional and reliable. We have been very happy with the service provided.
I have used HomeTeam Pest Defense since 2021. Excellent work and customer service. Leonard has been doing our yard for the past year at least. He is so kind, calls to let you know beforehand to make sure they do everything we need done and calls when he is finished.

Went to see why my dog was barking, only to see Home Team spraying something in the neighbor's yard right next to my dog. Would have been nice to get a knock on the door beforehand. The mosquito stuff I spray says not to let pets near it until it's dry ... I hope Home Team's spray is OK to be around pets while it's wet.
