Kennith sends us a text to let us know when he is coming. He examines any bugs we may have caught in sticky traps that he has provided on previous visits and helps us solve any problems we have had. We mentioned seeing Silverfish in our home and he treated all the areas where they were caught, no more Silverfish! Kenneth is very polite and very thorough in his work.
The services from John with home team feel less like a transaction and more like someone takes pride in the work they provide at your home. Grateful that we are on his route!
The pest control startup was excellent. The serviceman injected pest control spray as per the procedure to start the contract process. The gentleman was efficient and friendly.

Always great service from Home Twam Pest Defense. They respond promptly to any needs that may arise... which is seldom. I called because there were ghost ants in my bathroom and Hometeam was there within a couple of hours!!! The techs are great and willing to answer any question you may have... they know there stuff!!!
