Very kind, patient, and understanding. Andre was very kind when he came and did the initial inspection and was willing to work with me on my schedule and availability. Ben and Ernie were very kind and professional. They explained each step of the process to me and why they were doing each step. Really kind and made conversation. They complimented my clean home and told me I had a good eye for spotting spider eggs nesting in my office window. Amazing team! Would highly recommend!

Home Team Pest Defense was able to come out and do a terminate preventative treatment and pest prevention on the same day. Chris did an amazing job.
So far so good! We’ve been in our new house for almost a year and have had Home Team from the beginning. They have held their promise to come out whenever there are issues with pests. The only reason for 4 stars is because my fire ant issue never went away all summer. I was told they are nuisance ants and are a constant issue but just doesn’t feel great not having a solution for that. The mosquito treatment is nice to have help but no way to actually rid yourself of mosquitoes in the summer, just helps. Home team does their ... read more
