The techs are fantastic. Lupe is always friendly and very knowledgeable. He spends time answering any questions or concerns I have. Great service all around.
Our technician was professional and polite. He does a fine job checking all the bug entry points of our home. He is very thorough and efficient when inspecting our home and lets us know of any issues. We depend on our technician and Home Team to help us care for our home.
Logan, the Home Team technician, has so far been a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and explains why the issues are occurring, what he plans to do and that Home Team remains vigilant on addressing the problem. When he proposes a time for a house call he’s punctual but if he’s going to be late he provides notification which is most respectful of my time. Overall, the pest issue at our home is slowly being controlled through continuous attention. He’s doing a great job.
We have used Home Team since relocating here 3 years ago. Greg, their rep, has been a huge asset to us in terms of educating us as to what we should do to spare ourselves of unnecessary pests while never making us feel we were being upsold.
