Great service!! We’ve been using them for over 15 years, and will be lifelong customers. We only have the outside of the house serviced once per quarter, and have never had any sort of bug problem inside. But it’s always good to know that if we have any problems in between quarterly services, they come back to address it for free. Just added the mosquito service this season, and wish we had done it sooner! The technicians are always friendly, reliable, professional, and thorough.

The only reason I give them 1 star is for their actual exterminator. He was extremely kind and explained everything. Besides that they try to hit you with fees that were never explained. Because when I signed up I was told I would be paying $79.17 for services rendered for that month. I was three months in and received service twice. When I found another company that was much cheaper (HALO) in my area. I decided to cancel with home pest and expected a friendly exchange but received a completely different conversation. John was such a pleasure to chat with. He explained how we got some pests in our new construction area, which was a nice crash course in pest education. The team has been very courteous so far. Happy we have them to help go forward!
Thomas did the initial inspection and service to start my quarterly service plan. He was friendly and professional, as well as being very knowledgeable about the pest activity in my area. He showed me areas that are vulnerable to pests and advised me to watch for early signs of activity, and to call HomeTeam at once for them to be able to respond quickly.
