Wayne has been stellar since we've been signed up with HomeTeam 3 years ago. To this day, he's always available for the odd question about whatever spider or insect I find and is great at explaining his findings.

Wayne continues to meet the expectations, breaking it Barney style for us veterans on all he does and why he applies the the stuff you all use for the bugs.
