The products they use have worked wonders on our ant issues. We have small children & pets and we have not had any issues with the products affecting us or our pets. I spoke with Veronica and she was genuinely kind, caring, and on top of even the little details that addresses our needs. Our technician Wayne is super detailed, on time, so sweet, and he is on top of communicating when he will swing by and what exactly he did when he was out. I think the chemical product they use is not strong enough because I keep finding spiders around inside my house while the staffs came in and sprayed at least twice in 3 months. What I am disappointed most is I was charged 2 month as canceling fee, while I don’t see it mention in the contract. I emailed back and no one answered.
Wayne has been stellar since we've been signed up with HomeTeam 3 years ago. To this day, he's always available for the odd question about whatever spider or insect I find and is great at explaining his findings.
